HIGHLY RECCOMEND. As a new father it was great to get a massage from someone so clearly knowledgeable about how quickly muscle groups change from carrying a child and how to work those knots out. She also did a great job of explaining everything she was doing to put me at ease and point out spots to try and stretch or strengthen later. She gave some examples of stretches for me as well.

Amy is absolutely incredible. I don't think that my labor would have been as easy if I hadn't gone to her beforehand. I was in so much pain at times during my third trimester I couldn't move, and she was able to fix all the issues. I am only upset I didn't start seeing her sooner. I have been continuing to see her now that I am postpartum and it has been lifesaving. I highly recommend her. If you are pregnant and looking for a massage therapist, she is the one you want!

I started going to Amy when I was pregnant but have continued to see her monthly since then (my daughter is 2 now!). I have had a bad back for years and Amy's massages really help. She goes above and beyond to make sure she's helping and often gives me tips to try at home. She's spend her own time researching for me to find the best exercises/stretches to help my back. She truely cares about her clients and gives THE BEST massages! She has a way of working out the knots without leaving me feeling sore or achy. Thank you Amy!

By far the best massage therapy I have gotten and the best thing for my tight legs. Amy has great knowledge of the body and how to apply massage to help relieve tightness and pain. Dont let her specializing in prenatal massage discourage you. A regular person can get a massage here too! Great atmosphere and will listen to your issues and come up with a targeted massage to relieve tightness or aches and pains.
