Shirley has helped me by relieving my pain and loosening up tight muscles in my neck and shoulders, hips and knees. After my foot surgery she was able to loosen my toes which enabled my toes to lay flat again. I cannot thank her enough.

I have been going there for over 10 years. She can find your stress and sore spots before you do. She has helped me with torn and stressed muscles which has always got me functioning after a few sessions. My health has improved, this is saying a lot from a guy who has physically abused his body over the years. I highly recommend her and she is a really good person to work with.

After 6 months of coping with severe pain in both feet I decided to do something about it. A friend of mine suggested Therapeutic Massage; not wishing to go the medical route I made an appointment. After just one treatment the pain in both of my feet which had become my new normal and limited my daily activities was nearly gone. Since then I've made follow up appointments and totally pain free without expensive of custom inserts for my shoes or prescription medication! Shirley is amazing and I recommend anyone experiencing chronic pain to give Therapeutic Massage a try as well.
