Quoted me one price in writing, and then when they sent me the lease there was a higher price. Tenesha refused to honor the price in the written quote

Good at collecting money but never does their job correctly. Will charge you for $25 for valid trash yet will never pick up the trash. If you submit request wait about 3-4 and they’ll possibly do something (don’t expect anything because everyone here is lazy and will not do anything and will just never do the service request ) the first week of me… living here someone broke into my car and stole multiple bags and items , One of the janitors here stalked me for about a week and would stare at me or walk my paste and even flicked me off one time while i was driving in the garage

Way to much bad stuff to post. They will rob you blind. takes a month to get maintenance out to your apartment and rays everywhere. pee bottles in grass.

Tanisha assisted me through the rental process. She was extremely responsive going above and beyond, ultimately making my move a breezeshe even moved me in earlier than expected! I am really happy with my unit and the complex seems to be up and coming. The front desk staff were all exceptional, Maxim also assisted me, highlighting a map of the complex to show the best exits and entrances, recommending specific plans for the best deals on utilities and answering general questions. I feel they genuinely care about their residents.

I like my apartment. Renovations are nice but not perfect. You can see the lack of pride but its not a dealbreaker just an eye sore when you see it. The big issue here is the lack of response from the office. Ive been here almost two months and have called weekly about the same things with no resolution. Its a huge disappointment to pay this much and it feel like living in the ghetto. Would make a difference if the office was responsive but unfortunately it doesnt feel like they care. The apartment itself I love, aside from the imperfections that should have been handled at make ready
