Don't move here, their office employees are less than helpful and rude. The Manager has yet to come out of the office for the past several visits insipte of asking to speak with her.

We have been looking for a new place for my mother-in-law. I've called the office to ask questions and no one answered nor returned my call. We drove by over the weekend and just looking at the outside, it didn't look very nice, almost junky. I think it'll be a pass for us.

Ive been here since June 4,2021. I love it . The people living here are all very friendly. The ladies in the office are very nice , always with a smile on their faces. When I have asked for something to be done in my house they are very prompt in attending to it . Great place to live.in.

The senior citizens who reside here were left without power, water or assistance for FIVE DAYS during historic cold and freezing weather.
***Property Management CAPSTONE showed up many days later only to issue trespassing charges to local community members who contacted Texas state rep Celia Isreal who assisted in getting the power restored, and assembled and delivered food, water and supplies. Despicable.
