We love FTAH the staff is kind and knowledgeable. They are very good with my dog and cat. We have been coming here for years. We recently moved to the East side of cincy and still drive to Ft. Thomas so that our fur babies receive the best care!

The doctors are amazing. The customer service is sad. They have do not enter signs posted on the door and outside. When you call for 15 minutes to pick up a prescription they do not answer because only one person is answering phones. When Stephanie decides to call back 10 minutes later shes rude and unprofessional.
