After going to see physical therapists for carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve since 2005, I've become very picky about choosing PTs who treat me. So, after reading reviews, i was looking forward to getting treated for my lymphedema here. But, my first visit was just awful! Not only did I wait close to an hour to be seen, the treatment -- massage therapy-- I got was unprofessional. The therapist took measurements for comparison-- fine. But when he began treatment, he did no warm up. Five minutes later, he said he was done. No cool down. I asked if I was gonna get fitted for a lymphedema glove or

I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this facility. I was greeted by the most friendly reception Diana Rodriguez. She gave me her undivided attention and made me feel like I had entered her home. I filled out a long sheet of information. More than I had ever filled out in any Medical office.
