From its roots that took hold in the early 1980s, Texas Recycling has become a leader in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in value-added, quality paper and commercial metal recycling. Founded in 1992 by the Litman family, Texas Recycling has grown to fill more than 175,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space in its Dallas-based operation.
Our History

The Litmans sat in an empty 30,000 square foot warehouse in northwest Dallas. They worked from a card table, folding chairs and a "brick" mobile phone, which represented the front office. Nothing had been collected for recycling, yet. The recyclables are shipped worldwide from the company's new home with more than 175,000 square feet near Fair Park in Dallas., Texas.
