My family has done business with this company for nearly 30 years. We have a 1985 Mac crusher and anytime we need parts we always came to Granutech-Saturn Systems. Unfortunately this company does not care about there long time customers. We purchased a cable for our crusher and it broke not even within 24 hours of installation. They refuse to refund us our money for a defective part that was $218.00 and insist that improper installation was the cause. We are not talking about a difficult part or installation.
