Very poor customer service. Or non existent customer service. "Doctor" walked out into the hallway when we walked in and didn't even greet us, just sighed and walked in to another room and closed the door. Lol. Entire store looks like it's going out of business. Glasses strewn all over table tops. No one is cleaning the trays with tried on pairs. No one at the counter when we decided to walk out.

I have been coming here for my annual eye exam around 4 years now, and Dr. An is always very professional, and conscientious with his exams. I always feel like he really cares about my eye health, and he really listens to any needs or issues I am having with my eyesight. I would highly recommend his clinic. The staff have always been professional and very helpful as well.

I have been coming here for the past 1-2 years. I called today to get coverage details since I have a new vision insurance thru a new employer. Talk about unpleasant/unhappy staff. Grace was her name, she's simply not thrilled to take calls, zero customer service skills. After I received coverage information, I said I will call back (to schedule a future appointment for my family) and said thanks. Before I even finished saying thanks she clicked on me. I called right back to call her out on how rude she was and tell her what is up with her attitude. She said I'm sorry I have other calls

Dr Ahn is amazing! He is super caring, sincere and genuine. Him and his team will never try to sell you anything you don't need and offer amazing service. They are your family and friends in eye care and I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Swiss eye care team for being awesom!

I feel good about Dr An taking care of my family's vision needs. The prescriptions are accurate and the turn around for getting glasses and contact lenses filled is speedy. Hannah, the assistant, listens particularly well and communication is clear resulting in a satisfied customer experience.
