Sara Pettitt graduated from Yo San University with a Master's in Chinese medicine, acupuncture and herbalism, and is a N.C.C.A.O.M nationally licensed acupuncturist. She specializes in nutritional healing, and is one of 150 health care professionals trained in Nutrition Response Testing, a scientific analysis of the body's reflexes that helps determine the exact nutrients needed to supplement diet.
Sara is also an advanced level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a therapeutic modality to release trauma from the body. She has over 30 years experience as a yoga and fitness instructor, and she implements fitness plans for her patients incorporating nutrition, aerobics, step aerobics, dance, weight training, corrective exercise, qi gong and pilates.
