Pre-registration is required for ALL classes. With limited class sizes, we often have a waitlist for classes. Please be courteous of others and cancel your booking at least two hours in advance so that we can contact those on the waitlist. Students using class packages will be charged a class credit for a late cancel.

About 30 minutes before class begins, you will receive an email from no-reply@apiant.com with a link to the class. To speed up the process of joining your first LiftLIVE class, please download the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device ahead of time. Our outdoor classes have found a home for the winter at the Crabapple Government Center.

As a new member, you have the option to upgrade your intro package by adding a personalized one-on-one assessment to help guide you as you begin or as you deepen your practice.
