My husband and I have lived in different apartment complexes throughout our lives and Azulon is so very well designed, wonderfully kept grounds, plus courteous, helpful staff. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Arrived to tour apartments with a service animal January 15 at 12pm. The smug leasing agent informed us that service animals were not permitted in the building. Informed him that he was violating Title II and Title III of the ADA. To which he said too bad. I suggest upper management fire this guy before he costs them $ in a lawsuit. 10/10 would not recommend.

I moved here a week ago from the east coast and signed a lease at the Bowman sight unseen. Leading up to signing a lease, I was exhausted with the search but randomly, and thankfully, came across Bowman. Both Don and Annalisa were very helpful in helping me find a unit, and a day later, I signed my lease. I was nervous about moving into a new apartment, especially one that I didn't physically see but Don and Annalisa were kind and answered any questions that I sent their way which, left me more excited to move in than anything.
The apartment itself was clean when I moved in, and the residents

My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and we LOVED it. The rooftop is beautiful, the location is great, and the management is always very accessible. Annalisa is very friendly, transparent, and kind. The move in and move out processes were both seamless. I've always felt like apartment buildings steal your security deposit for very little reason, but at Bowman we worked hard to clean the place up and yet we were still surprised when we got our full deposit back! It was so refreshing. The package lockers are easy to use, so we never had any issues with that. We don't have a car or bike

Great management and staff, nicely run building everyone is competent and friendly / kind. Beautiful building and Fremont and Wallingford is a great place to live, easy access to many parks and restaurants .
Bear in mind that there are a lot of break ins and theft on Stone Way and the area in general, make that a consideration when looking for a place to live near here.

I've lived at the Bowman for over a year; and while I had a good impression of this apartment complex when initially moving in, my perspective has changed while living here. There have been a number of minor grievances which could be dismissed, but a large part of the problem that I've encountered is an unreliable communication channel with management. There have been a number times where I email the Bowman staff and never get responses, which is disappointing. Compounding this is the fact that they suggest everyone join the Facebook group to be up to date on the latest happenings at the apartment

I lived in the Bowman for 1.5 years and loved the building, location and people who worked there, though it was certainly not perfect in every way.
The common spaces are both useful and beautiful, and as a resident who would drink coffee on the rooftop or journal in the downstairs area, I saw how these areas were cleaned every single morning. The 2 times our unit needed something repaired, it was quick and done well. Having mostly rented in condo buildings previously, it was a nice change to have the main office, being able to drop by with questions, and the option of packages getting delivered

I've lived at the Bowman for a year and I love it- just signed for another 15 months! The building and apartments are beautiful and I've never lived in a place with such great amenities (the roof with the view, a fenced-in dog run, a dog washing station, fitness center, theater room- the list goes on!). The staff has always been extremely attentive and helpful whenever I've needed anything and has worked quickly to resolve any issues. The only ongoing issue I've had is occasional noise from the roof, which I can hear from my top floor apartment. That doesn't happen often

This would be zero stars if possible. This is a dangerous, mis-managed, and very expensive building to live in.
Starting from most recent, the bowman illegally withheld our security deposit for over 80 days after we moved out, continually lying to us that the check was "in the mail" or "should be delivered today". They incorrectly recorded the date we gave notice of moving out, never performed a move out inspection, and despite us submitting our forwarding address several times, once when we gave notice, once when we moved out, and when someone from the staff emailed us asking for it, we still

Great location, great amenities, SUPER dog friendly, and managed by a wonderful group of people.

I am happy to say that this is the longest I have lived at an apartment. It feels like home. The staff are great people, very skilled, and do a great job managing the building.

Love living here!

I recently started my 2nd lease with this place and have really enjoyed living here! The staff has always been friendly and responsive to anything I bring up. I haven't had to wait any longer than a day for something to be taken care of. The amenities are amazing! I have a high energy dog so being able to take her out to one of the largest (or even the largest) dog run in Seattle has been a great benefit. Free access to the onsite gym, and also hosting board game nights in the game room have been extremely useful! Also you cannot beat the rooftop view. I have never heard a sound from my next

To provide some context, I have lived in various apartment complexes both around Seattle and in different parts of the country. However, I decided to finally make an upgrade in my life and try living at a nicer and newer complex with amenities and all that jazz. I've toured most of the big complexes in the Fremont/Wallingford area and I really think Bowman stands out the most. I've been living here for about 14 months now and I have had a fantastic experience overall!

The location is amazing with easy access to bars, restaurants, etc. The building and the units themselves are beautiful

I'm sad to update my review once more with an updated reflection of how things have been at Bowman. My pros remain the same - great location, amenities are generally on par with other "luxury" buildings in Seattle (gym, rec room, BBQ, beautiful roof, and they recently added an Amazon Hub package locker, though this gets filled up fast). They have also responded to the majority of my maintenance requests quite quickly - including my kitchen sink, which was not properly installed and fell out of the hole!

However, my list of cons have grown significantly since I last wrote a review

I live here. Decent apartment, but expensive given that it's gotten pretty unsafe to live here. If you have a nice car stay away. It'll most likely get broken into, if not stolen. Nice amenities but they need to fix security. Management has been inept and has taken no action.

Break-ins, people prowling the hallways, staff can't be bothered to spellcheck their (very rare) emails, and maintenance is non existent: one elevator has been in and out of commission for weeks now, with no notice or communication about why or when it will be fixed. One half of the building seems to have broken hallway heat, so enjoy those extra energy bills as your constantly running bathroom ventilation fan pulls in icy cold air from the hallway. Doors that stick open or won't open.
Recently the power went out in half the building, for 8 hours. No notice or email from the staff. During this

While the building itself is beautiful, the rooftop is incredible and the apartments are absolutely lovely, there is so much wrong here. So many security and safety issues. Forget about parking in the garage if you want your belongings (car and/or storage locker) to be safe. Forget about a reliable package delivery system. Forget about hearing about any issues that may concern you . Forget about things that JUST MAKE SENSE and make you feel good about paying $2500+ per month. Just don't dare to forget to lock your door or be vigilant at all times.
I understand that there are kinks and issues with

This place is awesome, end of story. The move in was stress free and there weren't any snags with the place being ready on time. I've been living here for a few months now and am very satisfied with my decision. Maintenance requests are quickly knocked out, the complex is consistently clean, the staff is top notch, and there aren't any surprises in your monthly rent statement. If noise is an issue, get some headphones or don't move into the city/next to a bar...it's really not even that bad.

I have been living here for almost 2 years now, and am moving out in a couple days. For my husband and I, this was a negative-leaning experience.
Having a brand new home with great amenities was fantastic. We never had problems with anything in our apartment. The roof has an absolutely stunning view, the recreational area downstairs is such a great thing to have. Easily one of my favorite things in this complex is the split gym, one being a cardio room, other a fitness room, both of which having a pretty great variety of equipment for an apartment.
This all unfortunately doesn't outweigh

Update-
Finishing my second year, and can report this remains a great place to live.
The staff is responsive, the place continues to be extremely well maintained (many of the staff reside here), and although there has been some management changes, the transition was/has been
very smooth, and the newer staff continue to uphold the responsive and cordial atmosphere.

The building has commercial tenants in all but one unit, and I'm hoping for a cafe to be the next.
In the two years, Stone Way has expanded in both housing and businesses. The Art of the Table, a little place that was just up

I really enjoy living in the building so far. It is fairly quiet, staff are very nice, and I really enjoy the amenities. It was almost too good to be true, but actually, so far has been a great experience. The roof is beautiful, the gyms are usually clean and organized, and the staff has been extremely flexible with any requests I have, they've been great. Yes, there really is a dog cleaning station (it's great). Yes, there really is a chicken coop (cute little guys). Yes, there are media rooms.
There are only a couple of issues that I have, that aren't deal breakers by any means, but for paying

Moved in less than 2 months ago and have no complaints so far. The move in process was ridiculously smooth: we walked in without an appointment, Amber gave us a tour, and we started moving in 24 hours later. Appliances in the apt are brand new. Our kitchen has plenty of storage space. The amenities are great. There are 2 gyms, a gaming room, a theatre room, 3 outside grills, and the roof deck is to die for with views of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier (when it's not cloudy). I'm sure it will be even better in the summer.

Overall, this is a great place to live. Staff is nice and helpful

Moved in a week ago and things couldn't have gone smoother. The leasing office was incredibly helpful with everything from paperwork to a great walk through and the actual move in itself. The complex is awesome with so many great communal rooms, including a theater room, 2 gyms, sports lounge with shuffleboard and a game room. Only been here for one week and I already feel at home. Definitely recommend taking a look and scheduling a tour!

I moved into the Bowman the 1st month after it first opened and since then have been blown away by my treatment. The building has great amenities, nice and new appliances, wonderful staff, good proximity to work, via bus routes, and walking distance to the awesome restaurants in Fremont. Christen was especially helpful in providing me with information about the building, scheduling me to do the touring, and getting me acclimated to the Seattle area. I've recently had to move out of the Bowman and found someone to take over my lease and they made the process go so smoothly! They were very accommodating and the staff/manager is extremely helpful and attentive.

Many of the other reviews don't note that the best thing about the Bowman is the stellar view you get of the whole Seattle skyline from the amazing rooftop deck that's stretches almost the entire footprint of the building.

I would definitely recommend living here!

This is a new building and they were definitely experiencing some growing pains when I first moved in. That said, there have been some significant improvements and the staff are really friendly and seem to have a good grasp of the building now. The building is beautiful and the amenities are awesome (2 gyms, movie theater, game rooms, tv room, and amazing roof). I really enjoy living here.

My only real issue is with some of the residents. Most are really friendly, but like any rental, people don't always respect the property. I regularly smell cigarette smoke (it's a non smoking building
