An alumni of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Alex has been fortunate enough to find success in his hometown of Newport Beach through real estate and the diverse opportunities that come from it. With fall upon us, this is the time of year to prep your yard for the cooler temperatures. With the temperatures averaging in the low 60's Newport Beach rarely has to worry about freezing temps, but with lows hitting the 40 degree mark it's smart to be prepared.
