Online Marriage Counseling
Our virtual counseling sessions utilize HIPAA-compliant platforms to deliver Gottman Method therapy and evidence-based interventions. Sessions focus on improving communication patterns, resolving conflict cycles, and rebuilding emotional intimacy. Our approach combines decades of clinical research with practical tools for daily application, helping couples develop sustainable relationship skills regardless of geographic location.
Relationship Checkup
This research-backed assessment tool evaluates relationship health across 18 domains. After completing individual questionnaires, couples receive a comprehensive analysis of strengths and areas for growth. The 40-year validated methodology identifies patterns affecting connection, providing targeted recommendations and measurable benchmarks for improvement through structured therapeutic interventions.
Trust Rebuilding Therapy
Specialized interventions address betrayal trauma using evidence-based roadmaps for healing. Our approach combines Gottman Institute protocols with Internal Family Systems techniques to navigate trust violations. Therapists guide couples through structured processes for accountability, emotional processing, and establishing new relational safety patterns while respecting individual healing timelines.
Couples Communication Coaching
Skill-building focused sessions teach effective communication frameworks based on 40 years of marital research. Participants learn to identify destructive interaction patterns, practice active listening techniques, and implement constructive conflict resolution strategies. The structured approach emphasizes emotional regulation and perspective-taking to foster deeper understanding and connection.
Trauma-Informed Counseling
Certified trauma specialists apply Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) protocols alongside couples therapy. This integrative approach addresses individual trauma's impact on relationships while building resilience through HeartMath techniques and Gottman relationship principles for comprehensive healing.

Sam is wonderful and really helped me with my issues. I have seen other therapists in the past that were OK but I didn't "connect" with. Sam is easy to talk to and listens very intently. I always leave my appointments with ideas and things to work on. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to better ANY relationship.
