Dr. Ha is knowledgeable and very personable. And the customer service is outstanding as well. When I recently had glasses made for reading and wasn't happy with the lens (they had added an area for computer viewing to the prescription that I didn't want), they re-made the lens' for me at no cost. Highly recommend.

First, I normally do not write negative reviews, (Check It) this one cannot be avoided. I went to VisionCare and saw Dr. Ha, who was pleasant. I ordered my glasses and explained to Tiffany, the manager that I was going on vacation and would like to have them before my trip. The response was, should not be a problem, she would put a rush on the order, and to contact the office by Friday. I contacted the office on Friday prior to my vacation and the receptionist stated all she knew was that the glasses were at the lab. Besides that, I wanted to share how much I love my blue-light glasses. Even though I haven't warn glasses over 18 years since I had my lasik surgery, I love how stylish these look.
