Edward grew up in Brownsville, moving to Central Texas to play college tennis after high school. After six years as a personal banker and bank manager, he was very excited to become a partner in Mud Puppies in 2008, achieving his dream of working with dogs every day. He has always had a passion for animals and has a special connection with dogs.
His involvement with dogs goes beyond daily interaction with them at Mud Puppies. Edward is a board member for Austin Dog Rescue, serving as a foster parent since 2009. Because of Edward's and Mud Puppies' commitment to saving animals from kill shelters, more than 100 dogs have found forever homes through ADR.
