They were excellent problem solvers, professional, communicative, and very easy to work with. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. My AC quit working today and it was 90 degrees out. I called a couple companies in my area, and no one was available. Then I checked Bartlett and called JDN Heating & Air Conditioning. It was 4:30pm. The gentleman I spoke with got right on it and sent someone over right away. He got us back up and running in 30 minutes! It wasn't a major issue, but he came prepared and had the parts and freon that we needed. My husband and I are extremely grateful to JDN, and are making them our official company to call on. I AM ONE TO USUALLY SHOP AROUND FOR BEST PRICE BUT WITH THIER PRICING AND HONESTY I SAID FORGET IT AND WENT WITH THEM.
