BMW of Westbrook has treated me with the most honest work they can provide. The collision center has been a hassle to even deal with. They get no review from me this can be because of lack of staff. Its time for a bigger collision center with more staff. No one should have to go without there car for over 90 days without a covered rental due to a company inconvenience, delivery of parts, or someone elses at fault accident. Im sure the state trooper got himself a nice rental while his car was in the collision center.

Very accommodating. I drove in without notice for an issue I was having, leaving for a 7 hour drive the next day I was looking to make sure my car was okay. They fit me right in and left with peace of mind.

The service at Bill Dodge of Westbrook is superior. They always are so nice, personable, and informative. If there are services that are needed on my BMW X3, they will advise me on any other services needed and the cost, and there is never any pressure to have those services done immediately. Its a pleasure to use them as my cars service provider.

Vehicle was ok with minor scratches which were not shown in pictures, body shop could take care of those during CPO process. Salesman Zack dealt professionally. Finance office pushed for getting optional services. Overall good buying experience.

We went to Bill Dodge looking for a new car. We were met by Chris. Chris was nothing less than amazing! I am a sales manager for a living and I usually dont like car shopping, however Chris made this an awesome experience for my husband and I. Really was relaxed, listened, patient and kind! If youre looking for a BMW Chris is the guy! Just a really awesome experience!
