I am a Georgian. My '96 Saab 900's radio was disconnected from the battery, and because the radio is from the era when everyone was inexplicably terrified of their stereo being stolen while they were buying cigarettes, the radio requires a unique code to be turned back on. The OEM radio unit in my car is not the original factory equipment, meaning the code isn't linked with my car's VIN. I called several Saab service centers (amazed that these even exist) around the South to get the code, and every single one either didn't seem to know how to get the code or quoted me the wrong one. My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, we have bought many vehicles over the years and I must say this was hands down the most comfortable easy transaction of our lives Hannah was very attentive yet no pressure she was very helpful. Compared to other Mercedes and Land Rover dealerships the Volvo dealership is by far above and beyond in a league of its own. It was the most relaxed calm atmosphere I have ever experienced. The day we bought our new Volvo we actually went to Portland to look at a Jaguar F pace, after calling the Jag dealership to verify they had them in stock

Portland Volvo is so helpful! They go out of their way just to help you with tiny things, when most dealerships wouldn't! The service manager David is extremely intelligent and provides amazing customer service that truly can't be beat! I would most definitely recommend that if you own a volvo, you should go to Portland Volvo anytime you need help with your car. Big or small they are always there to help! And if you don't have a volvo you should probably hit them up to get one! :)

We want to give the service department staff 10 stars! We were en route to Portland, ME when one of our door handles separated from the locking mechanism. We called from the road, tried to describe the situation and were told to come in when we arrived in Portland. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly, professional employees and the repair was completed in less than an hour. Thank you very much Portland Volvo!

The service department here can't be beat. Joel went way above and beyond for me today. I wasn't there to do major work. They weren't going to make more than $30 on me, but I was treated like a VIP. Thank you Joel and Portland Volvo for your kindness and good work!
