Services
Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy involves brief exposure to extreme cold (-150 to -190F) to reduce inflammation, ease joint pain, and accelerate muscle recovery. Ideal for athletes and individuals with chronic conditions like MS, this treatment releases endorphins to improve mental health and physical mobility. Our state-of-the-art chamber provides targeted relief, complementing rehabilitation programs.
Aqua Therapy
Aqua Therapy uses water's resistance to strengthen muscles and improve flexibility without joint strain. This low-impact treatment enhances endurance and mobility, making it ideal for post-surgical recovery or chronic pain management. Sessions are conducted in a 30-foot therapy pool, ensuring safe, controlled movement.
Spinal Decompression
Spinal Decompression gently eases pressure on spinal discs to alleviate pain from herniated discs, sciatica, or degenerative disc disease. This non-surgical therapy uses specialized equipment to elongate the spine, promoting healing and restoring mobility. Patients experience reduced discomfort and improved posture through targeted decompression sessions.

I went to these guys after rotator cuff surgery. I have been with them three days a week for three months and know that I will be there another twelve. I have a high regard for their knowledge, talent and ability. Over the time period I have watched them help an elderly woman who had a stroke and can barely walk to a young person recovering from an auto accident and many others like myself. They take the time to listen to you and have helped me regain a lot of range of motion from my frozen shoulder. They give you lots of info so that you can empower yourself as well as great hands on care. Darlene

Poor therapy. Left alone in room for half the session to do exercise without any supervision or guidance to know if you are doing it correctly. Got no improvement, actually got worse. Switch to much, much better and thorough therapy. Sorry workers comp. had to pay for those lost sessions.
