Services
Aquatic Therapy
Our warm-water pool provides a low-gravity environment for effective rehabilitation. This specialized therapy enables movement that might be impossible on land, helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. The buoyancy reduces stress on joints while allowing muscle strengthening and improved mobility. Our therapists guide patients through customized aquatic exercises to accelerate healing and restore function.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Specialized treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction addresses issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, and post-partum recovery. Our certified therapists use targeted exercises and manual techniques to improve pelvic floor muscle coordination, stability, and function. This program helps patients regain control, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through personalized rehabilitation plans developed in collaboration with referring physicians.
Vestibular Therapy
Our vestibular rehabilitation program treats dizziness, balance disorders, and concussion-related symptoms. Certified specialists implement customized exercise protocols to improve balance, reduce fall risk, and restore normal vestibular function. The treatment includes gaze stabilization exercises, habituation techniques, and functional training to help patients safely return to daily activities and sports.
Endurance Athlete Program
Designed for runners, cyclists, and triathletes, this program combines injury management with performance optimization. Our specialists use bike-fit technology, swim stroke analysis, and movement screening to enhance athletic performance while preventing injuries. The program integrates sport-specific training with recovery techniques like NormaTec compression to help endurance athletes achieve peak performance safely.
Functional Capacity Evaluation
This objective assessment measures physical capabilities to determine work readiness following injury or illness. Using standardized testing protocols, we evaluate strength, endurance, and functional abilities to guide return-to-work decisions. The evaluation provides detailed documentation for workers' compensation cases and helps develop safe reintegration plans for employees returning to physically demanding jobs.

First class! This physical therapy facility in Murrysville, goes above and beyond all other establishments I have ever experienced. I was referred to this office by a doctor following a medical procedure on my left foot. The pt office called and had me scheduled before I could call them. Anticipating my needs is a common practice at this facility. Thank you, Bonnie, for your help scheduling, rescheduling, taking care of billing and always doing it so graciously and as if I was the only patient you had.
.As soon as you enter, you know that this is not your usual pt office. The

This facility has definitely exceeded my expectations! The entire staff is well trained from the doctor, to the therapists, to the office personnel. I feel so comfortable with them, they've become like family. The equipment is the latest and I love the aqua pool. I've been to other locations for physical therapy, but this place tops them all.

Highly recommend Alliance physical therapy to anyone... this team has incredible knowledge and treatment plans, a very well run business operation & the people, the people are AMAZING!!! I saw both Dave and Holly for treatment of sciatica in the summer of 2021 and I honestly don't even have enough great things to say about them and the whole staff... I was actually a bit sad when it was time to say my therapy was complete!

Ive undergone post operative physical therapy with Colin Gundling following two separate surgeries. Three years ago prior to physical therapy I was in pain as I recovered from foot surgery. With his extensive knowledge and experience Colin literally got me back on my feet and walking again without discomfort. Recently I completed PT with Colin following total knee replacement surgery. Once again thanks to Colins expertise, patience and support I recovered fully and am enjoying an active lifestyle. I know I would not have recovered this well without Colin, along with Holly, Bonnie and the

From Colin to Holly ( the two PT"s that work with me) and the entire team, Alliance is tremendous. I have a herniated disc that they have been working me through with very unique techniques along with aquatic rehabilitation that has me turning the corner in my recovery. I would highly recommend Alliance to anyone in need of physical therapy!
