We stand up for families in Oklahoma who have been harmed through no fault of their own by car accidents, truck accidents, dangerous products, medical malpractice, and other types of accidents. We made a commitment to represent only individuals and families who have been harmed- not insurance companies or big corporations seeking to make a profit.

Here's how we can help: After any serious accident, insurance companies for the at-fault parties will have lawyers representing their interests. Kelly George

Kelly A. George grew up intending to remain on his family's farm in southwestern Oklahoma and follow in his father's and grandfather's footsteps. Her practice has maintained its same essential focus over the years: solely plaintiff's work, representing individuals in cases involving medical-device and products liability, motor-vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and breaches of contracts. In 2007, DeeAnn Germany recorded a $1,025,000 verdict against an orthopedic medical-device manufacturer after a femoral stem broke in a hip replacement for her client.

Car Accidents
Report
Immediately after a car accident, if you are not too hurt to act, there are several steps you can take to gather evidence that will help if you pursue a legal claim. If you can, take photos of the accident scene, including vehicle positions, damage, skid marks and debris. When you talk to police, answer questions about the accident honestly.
