Once the prospective buyer arrives at the property, a Home Pulse Pro home inspector discusses the Agreement Contract and the client receives Home Maintenance Manual. Next, the buyer is encouraged to accompany the inspector on a complete walk-through of the property. The inspector will discuss any problems he may have discovered, from structural, electrical, and safety concerns to recommendations.
