Dr. Amanda Echeverria always knew she wanted to be in the medical field. Coming from a family of dentists, she knew she could help people achieve a higher state of health through dentistry, so she began her dental education at the University of Costa Rica. After earning her license to practice dentistry in 1998, Dr. Echeverria practiced there for two years before moving to Houston in 2000 to pursue a specialized education in periodontics.
