Not impressed with my contact with the receptionist today concerning my child's appointment at the Micaville location. Received a phone call while at work and was not left a voicemail as to what the call was pertaining to. When I called back the receptionist was slightly rude and quite snappy with me because I didn't know why they called me even after I explained at the beginning of the conversation that I did not receive a voicemail, but somehow I was supposed to know. When she decided to gather the information needed (which she should have done initially) concerning my child's appointment

My appointment was at 3:30 for a CDL physical, I was running behind due to being at work, so I called and let the front desk know! (Those girls are great!), they said I had a 15 minute grace period, so I get to the clinic at 3:46, and got my paper work, set down, filled it out. Waited until 4:17 the nurse came and told me I wasnt going to be seen due to my tardiness, with that being said she was notified at 3:46 when I got there. Why didnt she tell me then? Instead of waiting 26 minutes to tell me! Was she punishing

So needless to say, no I did not get my blood test or flu shot and left feeling like I was the
