There staff is typically so helpful like the gentleman I had spoken to today but I do not like that the pharmacists tell you your medication will be sent out and then still a week later IT WAS NEVER EVEN SENT OR PROCESSED !!! my child needs her chemo meds and this woman decided that sending it out like she had told me she was going to do wasn't part of her plans that day ! &' I am one very livid mother at the moment .

I am in awe with how efficient, polite, HELPFUL, and kind Summit Health Pharmacy has been. Our daughter requires special medication and the pharmacy we were using recently moved and we had two weeks to find a new pharmacy that would be able to refill her special medication. After contacting six or seven compound pharmacies that were not able to create one of the medications she needs, we went into a bit of a panic, until we were referred to Summit Health Pharmacy. This place is a lifesaver.....literally. My daughter has a serious heart condition and not many places can handle the types of compounded medicine she is on for infants. Always able to work out any minor issues by calling. They take care of their customers every time. Professional and reliable.
