Just had the worst experience at this dealership. Tried to get a new key after my boyfriend lost one of mine, and they had us running back and forth through the departments without any real sense of where to put us. It took 2 1/2 hours when they said it'd take 30 mins, and we had made an appointment. Do not come here. Go to Beverly Hills instead. I tried to call to complain to the manager, and to no one's surprise, no one is available. On the whole, the dealership is a lights on, no one's home situation.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at the Calabasas dealership. Speaking on the phone before coming inside was so helpful then as soon as we walked in were immediately helped. We had a dinner that we had to be at so we were on a bit of a time crunch. It seemed like everybody in the dealership helped us get it done in time, for that we are so grateful. Michael, our sales associate, worked so fast and was so personable and kind. Raja, who completed our finances, worked hard to get us a good rate. Thank you Mercedes if Calabasas!
