I bought a 02 Honda Accord with them in November 2021. The mileage on the vehicle at the time of purchase was 134,566. The sticker price was 5,790, 6,696.88 including fees. At 136,025, the check engine light came on. Turns out that the car has a bad transmission. Being that I've only owned the car for a few weeks, I took it back to see if I could get credit towards a newer vehicle, or a fair price on repairs. A replacement transmission was off the table, being that a new transmission would be worth more than the vehicle. I spoke with the sales manager, Steve Chung, who was rude and unwilling

The experience of buying a new Honda Ridgeline at Honda of Thousand Oaks was about as painless as can be. Scott was very pleasant to work with and listened to my requirements. Geno was also a great help in working through the transaction. The best of all, was the fact that no one ever said the famous revert to higher authority line "Let me take it to my sales manager".

I had the, absolute, best experience at Honda of TO! My sales associate, Elayne, was the best. She's honest, kept in touch, and communicated with me through my whole buying process. Purchasing a car, during COVID shortages, was difficult. Elayne, was amazing. She was able to secure the EXACT car I desired, in the color I wanted. She was able to locate it while in production, and secure it while in transit. She was honest about the price. Literally, no surprise. I think this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Excellent experience with the service department. Richard Sugarman, my service advisor, was very helpful, friendly and professional. The same is true for the shuttle driver, Steve. And the service was done quickly and well. All in all I couldn't ask for a better experience.
