Dr. Patel earned his DDS and completed his 2 year AEGD residency at the UT Health School of Dentistry (formerly known as the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio), where he was chief resident. He then went on to teach at the dental school while working as an associate in a private practice.

Professional without trying to just take your money. Great environment with video watching in front of you and on the ceiling. The dentist was extremely thorough and helped me figure out what care I needed balanced with what my insurance covered and I what I could afford.

This is a great dental office! The receptionist let me know before the appointment even started what my co-pay was for my insurance so there weren’t any surprise bills later. The office was very clean and modern. Dr. Patel was very nice and spent time going over information to make sure I understood and had my questions answered. It was very low pressure and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need like the last office I went to.

I had a VERY positive experience! Beautiful office and atmosphere - yes there is a TV on the ceiling. 😊 The staff was kind and helpful. Dr.Patel spent time with me, showed me my radiographs and explained them, made suggestions regarding my dental health and explained why. The dentist isn’t my favorite place to go but this was painless and stress free. I HIGHLY recommend Cibolo Family Smiles and I’d give them ten stars if I could.

I went for my first visit after not going to the dentist for a couple of years. I was very nervous but the staff and Dr. Patel did a great job of making me feel comfortable and at ease. He took the time to review my x-rays and pictures of my mouth with me so I understood what was going. Great experience. I'll definitely be back.

Such a great facility! The staff is so kind, they ask thorough questions, and Dr. Patel is very patient for anyone who may get a little nervous at the dentist. They have an awesome entertainment system with TV’s in the ceiling so you can watch movies while you get your cleaning! By far my most enjoyable visit to the dentist!
