I always have a positive experience at Jervey. The doctors are wonderful, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I rarely wait more than a few minutes for the appointment. I highly recommend this practice.

Once I was actually there at my appointment, I was quite pleased with everything. They were very nice and helpful and prices werent bad (yay insurance). BUT the person I spoke to on the phone setting up my appointment was so incredibly rude I feel compelled to knock a star off an otherwise painless experience.

From the front desk staff to optical associates, my experience was wonderful. Dr. Whaley is now my favorite and I will not see anyone else. Lisa in the Optical department was TOP NOTCH! She went above and beyond helping me pick out the frame that best suited my face. She was very nice, knowledgeable and personable.
