Dr. Starcznski is a local to the western suburbs. He graduated from Orono High School and completed his undergraduate degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Biology at Bemidji State University in 1980. He graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1984 and completed his General Practice Residency at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1985.
