Rodway & Horodyski, P.A. was founded in 1991 in Portland, Maine. From it's inception, the firm has committed to providing legal services to clients in a variety of areas, including criminal defense, family matters, personal injury, business and corporate, and probate matters. Peter E. Rodway graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 1987 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar the same year.

One of Maura's areas of practice is Business and Corporate Law. She has had much success in guiding her clients to 501(C)(3) non-profit status. Over the last twenty-five years, she has incorporated and served as corporate clerk for hundreds of small businesses in Maine. She has particular expertise in advising her business clients as to what types of business entities are appropriate for the particular client's needs.
