Russell and Michael, the founders and principals of FordMurray, share a vision to provide the highest level of client service to employers across the nation in the field of business immigration law. Prior to establishing FordMurray, Russell and Michael practiced immigration law at large national law firms in the major East Coast legal markets including Boston, New York City, and Atlanta.

Russell began working in business immigration as a clerk during his second year of law school at Tulane University, and was immediately drawn to the personal side of the practice. Having worked at large law firms in Atlanta and New England, Russell founded FordMurray with law partner Michael Murray in 2014, with an eye toward outstanding customer service and personal attention that both founders felt could get lost in larger firms.

Having lived in Germany, Korea, and the United Kingdom, Michael learned at a young age the universal values held across borders and cultures.
Aga Asbury

Senior Immigration Counsel Aga Asbury, a native of Poland, has the unique experience of having gone through the United States immigration system on tourist and student visas, and on a green card. She became a United States citizen in 2015. Aga sees her work as a natural extension of her own immigrant experience and takes pride in protecting the rights of immigrants as they look to live, work, and create a life in the United States.
