I retained Les Hartman of KMH&L for help with a legal matter. I wish I hadn't.
Les was friendly and helpful at the start of the process (before I paid him), but after I gave him my money it became impossible to even have a conversation with him about my case. At the same time, his secretary, Angela, was rude and unhelpful. She often did not respond to emails without reminder - in one case it took me 20 days to get an answer to a few simple questions. Some time after retaining Les I became aware of mistakes and slip-ups on the part of his office that delayed my paperwork for months. Frustrated
