I have lived here for about 1 1/2 months and so far everything has been great. The staff is very nice and one of the maintenance workers even helped to fill air in my tires when I didn’t know how to do it myself. They are good about helping you whenever you ask in a timely manner. From what I’ve experienced so far everyone around the complex is pretty much quiet and polite.

I have lived at Forest Trail since moving to the Tuscaloosa area a little over 4 years ago. I first lived in a 2 BR, 2 BA, but found I didn't need that much room and recently (the first of August) moved to a 1 BR, 1 BA unit. I LOVE living at Forest Trail. It is quiet, VERY convenient to everything and just 5 miles from downtown Tuscaloosa where I work. I have lived in apartments since early 1973 and can tell you, without a doubt, Forest Trail is the best apartment for the money that I have EVER LIVED IN!!! I have read the reviews and DISAGREE strongly with the two that I read that were NOT FAVORABLE

It’s quiet, the office staff are nice. Most of my neighbors are friendly. It’s in the city limits but surrounded by the county so it’s peaceful.

The staff and maintenance people are 13/10. They’re so quick, efficient, and courteous. The apartment itself is pretty nice. It’s an apartment so don’t expect a “house”. Every time I have an issue with something, I call the office and they have it resolved.
