Walk-ins can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

Dry Eye Disease is a misnomer that includes many subtypes of the disease. The most common type of dry eyes occurs secondary to meibomian gland dysfunction causing evaporative dry eye disease. Thankfully we now have ways to image these glands and therapies that can repair their functionality. The tear film is made up of water, lipid (oil) and mucus.

A cataract is the opacification of the natural crystalline lens we are all born with. Over time, the crystalline lens grows like "rings on a tree" and becomes opaque, causing blurry vision that cannot be corrected with glasses. Dr. Camejo has access to the newest technology which includes the Femtosecond Laser at the Laser and Surgery Center of the Palm Beaches.

Glaucoma is a disease of the optic nerve which is the cable that goes from the back of your eye to your brain. Glaucoma is a slow and silent disease that can and causes blindness if untreated. Treatment is centered on lowering the eye pressure. It does not cause any symptoms and therefore screening is fundamental.
