I followed the advice of my friends, and they were right! Dr Mitchell intently listened to my concerns, took his time, and answered everything respectfully. His office staff is cheerful and friendly. I wish it were possible if other doctor staff members could come into this office just to see how patients should be treated.

This was my first experience with this office; it was also the best experience I have ever had with an eye exam. In the past/over the years, I was always uncomfortable with the refraction process (feeling forced to quickly guess between options). I did not have that feeling here. This office gained my confidence in four ways: (1) The technician (Jason) said things like: Take your time. I dont want you to guess. I want you to be confident. That gave me confidence. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted, taken care of immediately and had a very thorough exam. I am diabetic and truly have to undergo an extensive evaluation.
