I am a Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate degree in Family Practice and a sub-specialty in Pain Management as well as Functional Medicine and I have a different perspective on what health means and how to help you obtain it.

Kay is a vital part of the daily grind of Thrive Direct's system. Kay resides and works in South Carolina and her lovely accent will often be the first voice you hear on the other side of the telephone. Although living at a distance, the inner workings and day to day clinic readiness is due to Kay's special attention to detail in preparing you for your visit.

At this time we have no cancelation policy however if you have a scheduled appointment and do not show up, your card on file will be charged within 24 hours at the current rates. You are able to cancel same day between 8-10am by calling or texting. August: Coat drive-bring new or gently used coats, hats and gloves the month of August to be dispersed throughout the community for children and adults who need a warm jacket for Fall/Winter.

Release of Protected Health Information: optional--allows for transfer of health information from your previous provider or other entities. Membership Fees are processed through a secure payment platform called hint.com which utilizes Stripe--To register for membership contact the clinic. After your initial appointment you can receive a link or fill out paper documents.

The health care model that Thrive Direct uses, is an innovative model to reduce consumer costs of primary health care and allow for more quality time with your provider. In working with specialists and imaging/laboratory providers in the community, we have a vast list of referral options at a fraction of the cost typically charged by insurance companies making health care more affordable.
Walk-In Fees
Report
Walk-In and Televisits range from $50-95 with additional low fees for supplies and procedures due at time of service. See a la carte menu. Additional fees apply when outside of regular operating hours. Refill Fees are $30 or 90 day supply and no refills; $40 for 90 day supply (and 1 refill) for up to 4 meds and $50 for 5 medications or more.
