Cassie is a personal/private chef who spent her youth in Orange County, California - strongly influenced by the diverse society and eclectic variety of food. In addition to the cultural influence and local cuisine of Southern California, Cassie owes her love of food to her grandmother, Claire.

Driven by Claire's outstanding cooking and passion in the kitchen, combined with Cassie's own natural and creative culinary instincts, Cassie developed an interest in Gastronomy - the Art and History of Food.Now, 10 years later, Food is an Art to Chef Kruger.

A variety of Wisconsin Cheese including, Swiss, Cheddar, Co-Jack, Provolone, and Muenster. Accompanied by assorted crackers, Seasonal Fruit and Sliced Meats. Crab, Avocado and Cucumber rolled with Seasoned Rice and Seaweed Accompanied with Wasabi-Soy Dipping Sauce. Fresh Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella on a toasted Baguette with a Drizzle of Reduced Balsamic.

Cassie and her team created a beautiful tropical display of appetizers for our Open House last month. In addition, she made the most gorgeous chocolate dipped strawberries and lemon mini cupcakes for the dessert table. Everyone was so impressed!
