
Chef Andy Mangiduyos grew up in Maui, Hawaii amongst a slew of great restaurants and banquets serving an array of Pacific Rim Cuisine. He studied at the UH Maui, Hawaii and began his career with Hyatt Hotels at a young age. His prior experience includes working at Hyatt Regency Maui, Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, and became an Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Santa Clara.
Chef Andy specializes in innovative Pacific Rim Infusion. He will work hard to create a personalized menu to your specifications and will help make your vision a reality. I believe that seasonal, fresh, and natural food tastes better. I believe in supporting local vendors, farmers and those practicing sustainable agriculture.
