I signed up with Altires 3 years ago. Over time they kept increasing my rate! For the last three months I've tried to contact them number of times and left voicemail with no luck. They don't even answer their phone. I signed up with another company. A word of advice to Altiras is to contact your customers who've been loyal to you for more than three years and answer your phone. Poor customer service is the worst bussineses model.

Poorly run company with a poor business model. Renne will dodge customer calls if they dont feel like talking to you, after you signed the contract with them youre no longer important. Just know there will always be fees that are hidden. Owner is a nice guy but behind the scenes they want your money how ever they can get it even if it requires you to lie or cheat. Youd be better off just accepting cash for your business.

I recently had an issue with my Internet being down. I was buried with an upcoming Show. I call my Rep and he immediately set me up with Mobile Solution that worked with me Smart Phone and my Tablets in the Shop. I thought this would take weeks to resolve. It was done in a matter of two days. I will never move my business to another Processor. I am happy where I am and know they will be there in a pinch! Congratulations to a great team!
