Yes, you always need to check in for class. You can make a reservation online for classes or just show up and sign in. While it's not absolutely necessary, we highly encourage you to make a reservation before you come to class - as many of our classes sell out. Please turn off all cell phones and place them in cubbies along with personal belongings in designated area.

Thank you for your interest in our teacher training program. Yoga teacher training is a journey like no other and whether you are looking to teach professionally or just to deepen your practice/knowledge, we offer an excellent program. Our training involves 7 weekends of training over a six-month period and is Yoga Alliance Certified.
