I feel so lucky to have stumbled into Pickett Brothers when one of the prongs holding the diamond on my wedding ring broke just a couple of weeks before our out-of-state move. Amy was knowledgeable and kind and graciously offered to expedite the repair so I didn’t have to worry about losing my diamond while we traveled. The repair was quick and very affordable and my ring was returned to me cleaned and shinier than it’s been in a long time!

I have been coming to Pickett Brothers for two years now and they have been fantastic. Tom over there went through meeting after meeting with us to find the perfect engagement ring and matching band and always had a smile on his face. He truly just wanted her to find the ring of her dreams. Since then I have come in for various odds and ends such as jewelry cleaning and repair and I can confidently say that they are the best in Jax. The people there are local and trustworthy. I won’t be buying jewelry anywhere else!
