Services
Vision Care
Our CrystalEyes Digital Refraction System provides the most accurate eyeglass prescriptions using advanced digital imaging technology. This system measures eye curvature and creates detailed visual system profiles in minutes, allowing instant comparison between old and new prescriptions. The technology ensures precision for both adults and children, with pediatric testing capabilities starting from age one.
Contact Lenses
We specialize in fitting challenging contact lens prescriptions including bifocals, astigmatism-correcting lenses, and WAVE custom designs. Our certified designers implement vision-correcting and medically necessary lenses for complex conditions. We also offer disposable options and corneal molding solutions for nearsightedness reduction in patients aged 10+.
Low Vision Services
Our low vision rehabilitation program helps patients maximize remaining vision through specialized devices and techniques. We conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized strategies using magnifiers, telescopes, and software solutions. While insurance typically covers exams, we assist patients with selecting appropriate devices tailored to their specific visual needs and daily tasks.
Children's Vision
Our pediatric vision program includes dedicated exam equipment and a specialized 'KIDS ZONE' with 400+ youth eyewear options. Doctors use child-friendly diagnostic tools to identify vision issues early, with recommended exams before preschool. We address learning-related vision problems and offer sports eyewear prescriptions to support children's visual development and academic success.
Cataract Consultations
In-office consultations with Dr. Curtis Jordan provide cataract evaluation and surgical planning. We combine advanced diagnostic imaging with personalized assessments to determine optimal treatment timing. Our partnership with Eye Associates ensures access to proven surgical techniques while maintaining continuity of care through our comprehensive pre- and post-operative management program.

Scheduled an appt. was told Friday, put it in my calendar as Friday, was also told I'd get a confirmation text. Recieved call this morning stating my appt was today and that I had confirmed it even tho I recieved no text/email/phone call. Plus I was told they aren't even open on Fridays. The optometrist may be good, I don't know, but the front desk needs a serious overhaul.

Dr. Woody gave me a very thorough exam. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to patiently answer and explain each one of my concerns. He clearly cares about his patients. I wish I had come to Bardstown Eye Care sooner.
