After 4 service request, 2 emails and numerous calls later I hate I have to leave a review. With parents looking for student apartments for their children I would say keep them FAR away from here. From the time I moved in my A/C has not been working consistently. I have put in several request and made several phone calls and nothing seems to be working and they haven’t even tried to enter the apartment to check if it is working properly. Although it is winter now and not considered an emergency anymore. We live in SC where the weather changes everyday and my apartment is still 80 degrees inside

We have been involved with this apartment complex for over 2 years and it has been a constant struggle. Day 1, we received an apartment that was not clean or prepared for new tenants. Holes were plastered and only painted over the plaster leaving visible multiple spots on the wall with different paint colors. We decided to stay here since it seemed more of a 'college community' and it would be safer and more adaptable to the college crowd. Crime is an understatement. First semester there, we were woken up to reporters knocking on our door for testimony for the death of a man 100 ft from our bedroom

Rude and irresponsible staff! Stay away from this place. Stole my 3 packages! The delivery tracking shows it's delivered and signed by one of the staff members! But every time i went to collect my package! That's how they respond "we don't keep packages more than 3 days" all those packages were lost and property manager said " we are not responsible for packages" this means in office there must be thieves. Never lived in such a horrible apartment in my life!

As soon as I moved into the apartments, the water pressure was low and management kept saying they'll send someone over but they never came. It took 3 weeks to fix a problem that was there before I even moved in.
Management takes way took long to fix any problems and never fixes the problem. My water went out the same week they fixed it. Don't give me an apartment that you know doesn't work.

Despite the nice apartment, I’m very upset with the management team and employees. My move in process was a nightmare: from not having a unit available on the date of my scheduled move in, to revoking rent specials, and misrepresenting prices. If it wasn’t for Rebecca’s help (and she was great), I think this review would be lower. Overall a huge disappointment and I can’t wait to move out.

I was excited to move in here initially. However on the first night of my stay I was greet with 2 large roaches. They have never went away since and I’m constantly seeing bugs all the time. After 2 years and asking many time, pest control finally came. Someone died here and their are lots of break-ins and stolen stuff. But for some reason the price keeps going up for rent. Overall this place is not safe, it is not comfortable. And it makes me very sad to have to live here.

Let me start off by saying my tour experience was TOP notch. I walked in and immediately the leasing and marketing manager, Breanna, called me by my name because she already knew who I was before introducing myself. As we walked through the leasing office to kick off the tour, every single employee greeted me with a huge smile. It was simply just different. Breanna did a phenomenal job at selling me on every single amenity that even I didn’t think I needed, but now I’m like wait? I think I’ll like that/try that. She was VERY informative on the community and all the different specifications

I toured Rivers Edge a few weeks ago and was pretty impressed with how nice the VIP units looked. Dominique toured me and was really knowledgeable about the difference in the rooms and how they compared to other complexes around. Will definitely keep Rivers Edge at the top of my list for housing next year

My daughter and her friends moved in this weekend. The move in procedures were organized, the workers patient and friendly. We had 2 mixups with a mattress and that super-hero staff got it taken care of, showing up twice even with all the other work they had going on. Sweating in the summer heat but efficient, smiling and polite. I ran in to two of the staff the next day, Samantha and Dominique and they were just as polite and friendly.
My daughter was just as happy at lease signing in the spring.
