The maintenance coordinator is the primary contact person for all work orders related to the maintenance and repair for rental units managed by Columbia Property Management. The position requires someone who is detail oriented, enjoys working with people, and able to solve difficult problems in an efficient and timely manner.

Rent: It is the tenant's responsibility to pay rent on time. Rent is due on the first day of the month and is considered late after the fifth day of the month. The late fee stated in your lease is due in full at the time the rent payment becomes late. We accept checks and money orders as forms of payment for rent.

If you have a non-emergency request for maintenance, please log in using the resident login page and submit the request or contact the office at (803)931-0044. Upon receipt of your request, we will respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. Please carefully read the following information and instructions to determine what classifies as a rental emergency and what to do in the case of an emergency.

Your rental application may be considered for ANY properties that are available. Each adult occupant is required to submit an application. There is a non-refundable application fee of $75.00 for each adult. Married couples with the same last name may apply jointly and will only be charged one application fee of $75.
