The Coolest saved us again in an emergency (heater out with the threat of freezing temperatures looming)! Travis the technician who came out today was very professional, knowledgeable, and he worked quickly and fixed the problem we were having just in time to keep our house warm for another freeze. Great value. Great service. Love that they're locally owned and run. Can't recommend The Coolest enough. Never been disappointed with any of the professionals sent to our home. Mark and the team The Coolest were great. I tried contacting a few other companies, and none of them were able service both airhandler/ductwork as well as mini split systems at a commercial property. I finally stumbled on The Coolest in a Google search, and they were able to do everything I needed AND get out to our office in a timely manner. All the work was done in one day in about 5 hours, and I felt confident in the pricing that they gave.

I contacted 9 HVAC companies in Austin for a complete replacement of my residential system. I received bids from 7.5k to 15k for the same type of system. How can the same system cost twice as much. The answer is overhead. Incredible. I used The Coolest LLC at my business recently and I have nothing but great things to say. From the first phone call to the service I received, the whole experience was magnificent. I talked with Mark on the phone and told him about our issue, and he assured me he could have a serviceman at the location within 24 hours and there would be no emergency fee (the other company I called said it would take 3 days or I would have to spend an additional $150 rush fee!).

I cant say enough about how great Mark and his team was! We reached out when our AC unit started struggling really hard. It was mid-summer so I was prepared for a few days wait before getting service but somebody was out first thing next day. They were very straightforward with their assessment of our system. Being an older unit, repairs would have been frequent and possibly never fully work so we opted for a new system.
