Not long after owner Sam Gorgone began investing in and managing rental properties of his own, people began asking for his help with their property investments.It was then that Sam developed the business plan to create a company that would assist other investors by using his own philosophy as a solid foundation for success: Lease quality living spaces to qualified renters at a fair market value.

Always an entrepreneurial spirit, Sam first got started in real estate in 1995 while attending Millersville University. It was a successful corporate career coupled with numerous real estate investments in Lancaster County which lead Sam to his true calling. That calling, helping others achieve their own property investment goals, lead to the inevitable launch of Hometown Property Management Services in 2009.
