I was called by Juan Penagos with a job description and interview setup. He seemed enthusiastic, but ultimately ended up dropping off the face of the Earth after stating he was going to send an email within half an hour. I've yet to be able to contact him or anyone else from the company in two days even after leaving several voice messages. Wasting people's time is never a nice thing to do, but as someone who has been seeking IT placement for over half a year, this seems especially malicious. Not recommended.

Whether you are a contract professional or a company looking for IT staffing services look no further. The folks at Synergy are the most professional company I have ever worked with. Their consultants are always vigorously pre-screened thereby reducing the time managers spend interviewing. My company has utilized Synergy to fill some pressing needs and is so far very pleased. Most of their staff have extensive staffing experience from big firms like Robert Half, Tek Partners, and Spherion but unlike these big "churn and burn" companies you will receive excellent customer service with
