We are Havoc Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Located in Claremore, Havoc offers specialized training in a versatile ground based self defense system. We are a Clinch affiliate. Whether you are looking to expand your training, learn to defend yourself, or get yourself into the best shape of your life, Havoc offers this and much more, all in a friendly welcoming environment.
Classes

Havoc currently offers classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai for children or adults. BJJ adult classes consist of Gi or No-Gi depending on schedule. Coach Shawn offers classes with high intensity cardio for 30 minutes followed by a technique class to work on skills and situational rolling. Class ends with live rolling allowing individuals to utilize skills learned.
